How to customize tweets you like

When you login to your twitter account, you will find a list of tweets from people you follow, but what if you want to view tweets related to some topic. This is helpful if you are closely watching all the updates of an event or topic on twitter that is happening live and its nice to have updates or tweets from the same topic than tweets from different topics. By default you cannot customize tweets you like and you need to search manually for a topic.

There is an app in Google Chrome store named "Tweets You Like" which can make your life simpler in grouping together all the tweets from different users on a single topic. All that you need to do is install Google Chrome browser and from Chrome Store install Tweets You Like app and click on Launch app. Once this app is launched, you will find the default and hot topics. You can go to settings and change the topics so that you can customize tweets you like to appear. You don't even need to login to your twitter account.  You can save up to 15 apps which is customizable.

Having tweets from a topics all in one place from different people is easy to view and also you don't have to search for each of the topic. Give it a try.

  1. Good extension. But I think using the lists will be a much better option than using another extension. We bloggers already use a lot of extensions. Just my 2 cents.

  2. I agree with the too many extensions that we are already using. But having a list (which is default in Twitter) will be of all topics and not one specific topic.
