How to add Facebook Page to your Android Home Screen

Have too many Facebook Pages and want to quickly go to the Facebook Page that you use the most on your mobile device. Well, there is a simple way to do that by adding your Facebook Page to your Android Home Screen. This is useful when you have slow network connection like 2G. When you open Pages Manager app on your Android device, your default Page will be loaded and it will take time to load if you have a slower connection. But if you want to switch to some other Page of yours then it would again take more time.

As you can see in the below image, by default my photography page - Ravi's Photography [link] will be loaded and it takes lot of time to load pictures with the 2G connection. Then I navigate to my tech blog - How to Tech Guru Page which will take additional time. Instead I have an option to add this page to my Android device's home screen as shown below. By having an icon on my home screen I can directly go to my page on Pages Manager app which will save my time. Give it a try, it's simple and easy to use. You may not find an option to do this on you PC or Mac as of now.

This is more like a bookmark in your browser which will help you for a quick access to your page and also, the Home screen icon looks more like an app.
