How many times have you been in a situation where you had to wait for minutes or in the worst case hours to get a software installed? And after installation how much time have you wasted in understanding the tool and creating few simple flow charts or UML diagrams.
It happened to me when I had installed a software while working for a project in my previous company. Installation alone took more than an hour to install.
