Steps to create a form:
- Go to Google chrome web store.
- Search for Google Forms and install it.
- Click on Google Forms from your browser to launch this app.
- Choose title and theme. There is a default theme and you have the option to change it any time.
- One the theme is selected and title is entered, enter other details like description, question title, help text, question type, you can customize Confirmation Page.
- Check if all the details that you have entered are correct and then click on Send Form.
- There is an option to share the link on Facebook, Google and twitter.
- You have an option to send an email and also embed to your site with a link to Google Docs.
