Microsoft Translator webpage widget will bring real-time and in-place translation to your website. The best thing about this widget is user will have to select the language of their choice from the drop-down in the widget. On clicking go, the entire webpage will refresh and get translated to the selected language and will not open in a new tab. Usually, user will have to open the translator in a new tab and then copy the webpage content which is a tedious task.
To install this to your website, go to Microsoft translator widget webpage, where you can customize the widget by changing it's colour, widget width size. You even have an option to set translation settings like manual - where user has to select manually, notify-users will be notified about translation and auto- which will auto translate by identifying your location. I would recommend to set it to manual or notify and not auto. Once these settings are updated, enter the URL and default language. Now, you are ready to add the translator widget to your website. In the widget click on "<>" to get the code. Copy this code and paste this in your website template. Once placed at the right place click on save and you will see the widget on your website.
It's good to have this widget, as you might get visitors from countries where they don't speak English or other languages. Users might prefer to read only the content written in local language. By having this translator widget they can always change the language and also, website owners can see higher traffic from many other countries which will in turn increase traffic to your website.
