How to get panoramic photos automatically on Google Plus

What if you had multiple photos of a beautiful scenery but the photo that you have taken covers only part of the entire scenery. The best way is to either use panoramic mode in your camera or put together all individual photos and make it a panoramic photo using Photoshop. But, you need to do all these manually which may not look good unless you are a Pro in Photoshop. Google Plus can combine these images and create some amazing panoramic shots without any effort for you.

 The best thing is you don't even have to change any settings. There is a feature called 'Auto Awesome' in Google Plus which is enabled by default. You can always disable this by going to Settings. The only requirement from Google Plus to get good panoramic photos automatically is there has to be a series of photos with overlapping landscape views. And Google Plus does all the job of stitching together these overlapping landscape views into one beautiful panoramic photo.

Auto Awesome feature in Google Plus does many things if the right set of photos are detected. When a new panoramic photo is created it will add this new photo to your collection. The meta data information will also be updated with whatever data is common between the photos. All other fields in metadata will be left blank.
