How to add Pages to Website Footer

You might have seen in many websites with a link to a different page in the footer. But how to add pages to website footer? If you are using Wordpress for your website then by default when you create a new page, it will appear on top in the menu bar instead of footer. Pages like 'About', 'Disclaimer', 'Privacy & Policy' and 'FAQ' will usually be in the footer of a website and not on top in the menu bar written in bold.
