How to auto post on social networking sites

If you are a publisher, just like any other blogger you might want to gain more traffic to your blog or website. It's a tedious task to share your post/ article on each and every social sites like Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Digg etc. There are just too many social media sites and also there are multiple ways to share your blog content. Auto post on social networking sites is one way to manage with multiple social sites.

Note that people don't use all of these sites and also not all of them are being used every where.  Some of the social sites are good in some region. Some time back when we had Orkut - it was a super hit in India and Brazil. Say, if you want to share an article on Facebook in India region or only in the United States then you can try with region specific share.

If you want to just share your blog post without much interaction then you can try installing the plugin for your Wordpress blog. There are other similar plugins/code that are available for blogger and others to auto post on social networking sites. 'Social Networks Auto-Poster' (SNAP) by NextScripts is one plugin that you can download and install on your self hosted Wordpress blog. It does a decent job in posting your article on all social media site that are enabled in the right format. All that is to be done is the initial one time setup of syncing with each of the social networking sites.

Note that just posting content might increase traffic, but if you are serious about traffic from social media and ready to spend more time on it then there are other better ways to post your article. How an article is posted, timing of each of the post, your interaction with other users in social sites, who your readers are, where it is shared etc. You need to understand all of these to gain real good traffic from social media sites. Also, try experimenting each of this on your own because it entirely depends on the type of content that your website or blog has got and also the users who are following you.
