How to diagnose network connectivity within Chrome

Want to access a webpage and you see that the webpage is taking too much time to load or maybe the content is blocked. Usually when you on home network most of the contents are accessible, but it's not the same when you are your work place. Same might be the case in other places. Either there is no connectivity or it's blocked. So, if you are wondering how to diagnose network connectivity then you don't need any high end software to do this.

If you have Google chrome browser installed in your machine then just go to Chrome store. Download and launch 'Chrome Connectivity Diagnostics' app. It might take few seconds to diagnose network connectivity. I tried this several times on my machine when on virtual private network and got a message saying - 'Web requests to Google taking too long', but did not have any issues when I tried from home network.

Over all it's a great app which is quick and easy to diagnose network connectivity specially at your work place where there are many different variables like firewall, proxies, company policies where you are not allowed to install third party softwares etc. This tool works well in diagnosing Google services.
