How to access Webpage while watching YouTube

When you watch YouTube movies or other videos over internet, we are usually stuck to watching video and cannot view any of the page content. If you try scrawling down to video comments or navigate to some other page in another tab or browser window, then the YouTube video will be hidden behind and you can hear on the voice. In short, you cannot do any multitasking when you are watching YouTube videos.

I use Samsung Galaxy Note and if you are a Galaxy Android phone user (not very sure about how other phones are), then there is a feature where you can minimize the video screen size while watching video. By doing so, the video that's playing in the small window will appear on top of whatever activities you do on phone. You can move this small video window where ever you want in the screen. It would have been helpful, if we had the same feature while watching YouTube videos.

There is an app on Google Chrome Store called "The Key for YouTube" which does something similar, which will allow you to browse and watch video content online. One this app is installed, you can watch YouTube video and also at the same time go through it's comments, browse other web contents. A 'Get' button will appear at the bottom of YouTube video to download the video that you are watching. This app had content discovery features, without scrolling to the bottom of the page you can browse comments on the video, browse new videos and comments, view animated thumbnails for new videos and even download in the video that you are watching in various formats.
